About
Member of Collegio Ghislieri, Pavia (1980-1985), Degree in Law at the University of Pavia (1985), Ph.D. in Analytical Philosophy and General Theory of Law at the University of Milan (1989).
Since 2003: Full Professor of Philosophy of Law. He teaches at the Pavia University the following courses: General Theory of Law; Biolaw; Public Relations and Stakeholder Management.
He holds the following two positions: 1) Director of Centre for General and Applied Ethics (CEGA); 2) Lawyer of the Ethical Committee of San Matteo Hospital in Pavia.
He has been an official of Assolombarda (Confindustria, Milan) and a partner of the company for management consulting Methodos spa, where he has assisted several national and international groups.
For six years (2004-2010), he has been President of the Degree Course in “Intercultural and Multimedial Communication” and President of the Postgraduate Course in “Multimedial Communication and Publishing”.
His most recent research areas mainly concern law and ethics, and their application to economics, communication and bio-medicine, in a prospective of strong connection between problems of contemporary world and classical metaphysical thought.
